Maharashtra Government has put in tremendous efforts to create a talent pool of 950,000 skilled workers for the international job market. In the initial phase it is proposed to upskill 10,000 candidates by spending 5,500 € per candidate to get them ready for the international job market. 

Maharashtra House holds the database of 950,000 skilled labor applications for international deployment programs across 20 different domains or sectors including 240 different types of Professions. 

AI based tools are used to scan this huge database and find the perfect match for the required job. Large Language Models scan and summarize the job requirement and shortlist a select number of suitable candidates in realtime.
